Your Right to Data Deletion

At Converto PK, we respect your right to control your data. You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to Submit a Request

Send an email to hello@converto.app with:

• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
• Your registered email address
• Your brand name
• (Optional) Reason for deletion — helps us improve

What Gets Deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• All product data and catalogs
• All conversation logs and customer messages
• Instagram connection and stored tokens
• All personally identifiable information

Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 calendar days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Manual Deletion Options

You can also delete data immediately from your dashboard:

• Disconnect your Instagram account from Settings
• Delete all products from the Products page
• Your conversation logs will be automatically purged after 90 days
