Converto PK respects user privacy and provides a process through which users may request deletion of eligible personal information and data associated with a Converto PK account or supported connected integration.
This page explains how to submit such a request.

Converto PK Data Deletion Request
The request should contain enough information to identify and verify the relevant Converto PK account.

Converto PK does not require these credentials through email for a standard data-deletion request.
For privacy and security reasons, Converto PK may need to verify that the person requesting deletion is authorized to control the relevant Converto PK account or connected business account.
Only information reasonably necessary for verification should be requested.
Converto PK will not ask users to email their Instagram password or Converto PK password as part of a standard deletion request.
Where available, users may disconnect their Instagram integration from Converto PK.
Users may also be able to manage permissions granted to third-party applications through applicable Meta or Instagram account settings.
Disconnecting an Instagram integration prevents the integration from continuing to operate through that authorization.
However, disconnecting Instagram is not necessarily the same as deleting information previously stored by Converto PK.
Users who want eligible stored information deleted should submit a deletion request according to the instructions on this page.
After receiving and reasonably verifying a valid deletion request, Converto PK will identify eligible information associated with the relevant account and process the request in accordance with applicable legal, security, technical and platform requirements.

Information may also remain temporarily in secure backups until the relevant backups are overwritten or removed through normal system processes.
Information retained for a valid legal, security or technical reason should not be used for unrelated purposes merely because it remains retained.
If a deletion request relates to information obtained through an Instagram integration, Converto PK will process eligible information stored by Converto PK according to applicable legal and platform requirements.
Deleting information stored by Converto PK does not necessarily delete information independently stored or controlled by Meta or Instagram.
For information controlled directly by Meta or Instagram, users may need to use the privacy or account controls provided by those services.
If an individual communicated with a business through Instagram and that business uses Converto PK, the individual may contact the relevant business regarding information controlled by that business.

Converto PK may need to coordinate with the relevant business or reasonably verify the request before taking action.
Where appropriate and permitted, Converto PK may confirm completion of a verified deletion request or provide information about its status.
