1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Converto PK ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Converto PK is a software-as-a-service platform that provides AI-powered automated replies to Instagram Direct Messages for clothing brands and social commerce businesses in Pakistan. The Service acts as a virtual sales assistant, answering customer queries about prices, sizes, COD availability, and delivery areas.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account.
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
5. Instagram Connection
- You grant Converto PK permission to access your Instagram Professional account via Meta's official APIs.
- You understand that Converto PK will read and reply to customer DMs on your behalf.
- You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting from your dashboard or through Instagram's settings.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate product information (prices, sizes, availability).
- Not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
7. AI Limitations
- Converto PK uses artificial intelligence to generate replies. While we strive for accuracy, AI may occasionally produce incorrect or inappropriate responses.
- You acknowledge that AI-generated replies should be monitored periodically.
- Converto PK is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from AI-generated content.
- The "human handoff" fallback is available when the AI cannot confidently answer.
8. Subscription & Payments
- Converto PK offers tiered subscription plans based on AI reply volume.
- Fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
- Free trials are limited to one per brand and may be terminated at our discretion.
9. Intellectual Property
- Converto PK, including its code, design, AI models, and branding, is owned by us.
- You retain ownership of your brand data, product information, and customer conversations.
- You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Converto PK is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party platforms (Meta, OpenAI, hosting providers).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Converto PK from any claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
12. Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms with notice.
- Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms with 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
