These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Converto PK ("Converto PK," "we," "us," or "our"), including its website, dashboard, AI-assisted functionality, supported integrations and related services.
By creating an account, connecting an integration, purchasing a subscription where available, or otherwise using Converto PK, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
Converto PK provides software designed to assist businesses with customer messaging, sales-related conversations, customer relationship management, product information and AI-assisted responses through supported integrations.
Available functionality may include:
Availability may depend on the user's plan, account, supported platform permissions and current Converto PK functionality.
Features may be changed, improved, limited, suspended or discontinued over time.
Features displayed as "Coming Soon" are not currently available and no specific release date is guaranteed.
Users must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Converto PK.
If Converto PK is used on behalf of a business or organization, the person using the service represents that they have appropriate authority to act for that business or organization.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Converto PK is lawful.
Users should provide accurate account information and keep relevant information reasonably current.

Users must not intentionally provide unauthorized third parties with access to their Converto PK account.
Converto PK may allow users to connect accounts from supported third-party platforms, including Instagram.
By connecting a third-party account, the user represents that:
Users authorize Converto PK to access and process information made available through approved permissions as reasonably necessary to provide relevant functionality and for other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
Converto PK is an independent service and is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed or controlled by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram.
Use of Meta and Instagram products remains subject to applicable Meta and Instagram terms, policies, API requirements and platform rules.
Changes to third-party platforms, APIs, permissions or policies may affect Converto PK integrations.
Converto PK cannot guarantee that a third-party API or service will remain continuously available or unchanged.
Converto PK may use artificial intelligence to:
AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate or outdated.
Business users are responsible for:
Converto PK does not guarantee that every AI-generated response will be accurate.
AI functionality should not be relied upon as a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, emergency or other high-risk professional advice.
Business users are responsible for information supplied to Converto PK, including where applicable:
Users represent that they have the necessary rights and authority to provide and use such information.
Converto PK is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate, outdated or misleading information supplied by a business user, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Business users are responsible for their communications with customers and for complying with applicable:
Converto PK must not be used to send unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, harassing or unauthorized communications.
Users must not use Converto PK to:
Converto PK may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, third parties, security, or legal compliance.
Converto PK may offer free trials and paid subscription plans.
Features, usage limits, pricing, billing periods and other plan conditions should be displayed to users when applicable.
Free trials may be subject to duration and usage limits.
When a trial or permitted usage limit expires, some functionality may be restricted until an eligible paid plan is activated.
Expiration of a trial does not necessarily mean that previously stored account information will immediately be deleted.
Users may separately request deletion of eligible information according to the Data Deletion Instructions.
Where paid subscriptions are available, users agree to pay charges disclosed before purchase.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Applicable taxes, currency conversion charges, payment-provider charges or similar fees may apply where relevant.
Recurring billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds and failed-payment handling should be governed by the terms displayed during purchase and any applicable payment-provider terms.
Converto PK should not represent an unconfirmed or failed payment as successfully completed.
Users may stop using Converto PK at any time.
Where subscription cancellation functionality is available, cancellation may prevent future renewal without necessarily deleting previously stored information.
Users may separately request deletion of eligible data through the Data Deletion process.
Converto PK may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to:
Converto PK's software, branding, design, interfaces, technology and original content are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for rights expressly granted through use of the service, no ownership rights are transferred to users.
Instagram, Meta and other third-party names, trademarks and branding belong to their respective owners.
Users retain applicable ownership rights in content and business information they lawfully provide to Converto PK.
Users grant Converto PK the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit and use that information to operate, secure, maintain and support the service and for purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
Users represent that they have the rights and permissions necessary to provide content submitted through the service.

Converto PK aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available operation.
Availability may be affected by:
Some functionality may be described as beta, preview, experimental or "Coming Soon."
Such functionality may be incomplete, changed, delayed or discontinued.
Reference to a future feature does not guarantee that the feature will be released.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Converto PK is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Converto PK does not guarantee that:
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Converto PK and persons involved in providing the service will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill or data arising from use of or inability to use the service where such liability may lawfully be limited.
Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users are responsible for claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from their unlawful use of Converto PK, material violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful content and business information they provide through the service.
Converto PK may update the service or these Terms from time to time.
When these Terms materially change, the "Last Updated" date should be revised and additional notice provided where required.
The rights and obligations of users and Converto PK remain subject to applicable laws and any mandatory legal rights that apply to the relevant user.
Do not add a specific registered company, physical address, court, arbitration forum or jurisdiction unless that information has been separately confirmed and intentionally approved.
