Converto PK ("Converto PK," "we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered customer messaging and sales-assistance platform that enables businesses to connect supported social media accounts, manage customer conversations, organize customer and product information, and use AI-assisted features.

Where supported, users may disconnect an Instagram integration.
Disconnecting an integration may prevent future access through that authorization, but it may not automatically delete information previously stored by Converto PK.
